Black Friday ****

I app**** at 5am on 23/11/2018 for Telkom's black Friday special, the Huawei P smart on a free me 1GB package for R149p.m. I received an sms saying that the upgrade had been preapproved and I would be contacted to complete the application. My husband also app**** at the same time and he received a call back on Monday. I however did not receive any call. I called the Telkom upgrade centre yesterday and the lady informs me that stock ran out at Midday on Friday and I would not be able to get the deal and should re apply and I can get the phone at the normal price of R249. This is utterly ridiculous. -Firstly if stock ran out at midday on Friday then why did Telkom contact my husband on Monday to conclude his contract? - secondly, I app**** at 5am on Friday morning and was pre approved at 6am when stock was available so surely I should be getting my contract with no issue and Finally IF as Telkom states there was no stock available on Friday then WHY are you offering this deal for cyber Monday on 26/11/18 up until 30/11/18. This is then false advertising and deception on Telkom's part. I think Telkom need to be investigated in this regard. All in all poor service from Telkom.
