Black Friday sales FAILURE

The 1.6 stars says it all..... dismall.

I currently have 2 contracts with Telkom for LTE deals. So when black Friday came round I jumped at the 2xSamsung A33 deal.

First, I rep**** to email requesting sales call..... never got call. Second... I went down to my local Telkom Store amd requested deal. After sending my personal documents to and Agents private Gmail address and signing all documents I was excitedly on my way.

A week later... I mailed the agent to request update. Because by this time I had not recieved any correspondence or OTP or phone calls..... I was told everything approved just awaiting stock.

It's now 2 weeks later... I call 10213 directly. And guess what.... no sales order on system

Again.... Telkom's Hello Peter score speaks for itself. Stay away from this service provider.
