Black Friday P10 Lite special

On Friday I received a sms stating that the Huawei P10 at R199. As it was an exclusive online deal, I went online and app**** for the deal. I received a sms the next day stating that a agent would contact me. I tried contacting the call centre on Sunday and was told to go in store to query. I went in store today and was told that the deal cannot be purchase through the store and I would need to call the call centre. I have been holding on for 15 minutes for the call centre and cannot hold any longer. The deal apparently expires today and I have no way of knowing how far along the process is.
