Black Friday Modem Deal

On the 26th November 2017, I ordered the Black Friday deal for R199. I thereafter received an email confirming the order. The next day i received a phone call from Telkom saying that they were out of stock, but will contact me as soon as they received stock. It is now almost 3 weeks and still no response. When phoning their sales department, they're saying that they're waiting for the online department to capture it. When i went to the store, they say that they cannot help because it is an online sale. I posted it on their website and still nothing. This is absolutely terrible service and is unacceptable.
