BLACK FRIDAY FALSE ADVERTISING

Hi

I was due for a data upgrade and had to apply online for Telkom 20gb anytime and 20gb Nightime deal which they had on sale over the black friday weekend. Applications had to be done online which i did and received an sms confirming that i have received pre approval.

I am still waiting for Telkom to get back to me . I have in the interim contacted them twice . The first time i was given an email address to write to that doesn't work it bounced back. I made another call and the call centre promised that Telkom would get back to me within 24 hours. It is now two weeks Later. This is besides me visiting the Telkom shops and having no luck and being shunted around with 1 store sending sending me to another with both not being able to assist me at all and saying i must phone the call centre.

Please advise on how i should resolve the issue ?
