Black Friday deals false advertising

I ordered an upgrade on my contract online. I wanted to upgrade on the samsung j7 pro. I was able to fill in an upgrade on the deal and then was told via email that there was no stock.

I called in and was told it is not available on upgrade so then i was put through to upgrades for enquiry and on the line for more than 30 minutes with no answer. What kind of service is this?
