Black Friday Deals

This is a week over and I am still waiting for my Black Friday Order to come through. They have already debited my account for a phone I have not received. Quite ridiculous. I have been on hold with the call centre for 15 minutes and no one even comes back to me. The call centre is apart from being unfriendly and really unhelpful. This is ridiculous.
