Black Friday Deal Disaster

<p>I took out the Black Friday deal that Telkom had available on Friday 25 November. The deal was 5GB for R150.00. A few days after applying for the deal online a consultant called me and the remaining details they required was given to her. I qualified for the deal and R150.00 was debited from my account. To date I am waiting for someone from Telkom to assist me with my device and sim card which I have yet to receive. According to Telkom a courier company came to deliver on 21 December. No one contacted me regarding this delivery, after I was told the courier company would call to confirm a delivery date. I have tried to sort this problem out for the last 7 days and each time a consultant promises to get back to me to no avail. No one from Telkom has bothered to call as promised. Every time I call the waiting time is at least 15mins before speaking to a consultant. I am at my wits end with this company. </p>
