Black Friday Deal

I am very disappointed with Telkom and their delivery company. I've been waiting for my sim card I ordered on black Friday till today it has not been delivered but it was approved , the delivery company that they using is always getting hijacked. I want to cancel the contract because I don't think I will every the sim card
