Black Friday deal approved but not delivered

I app**** for black friday deal. A consultant called me and vetted me and it was fully approved. I was told to wait for delivery but it would take longer due to so many sales on that day.

I have contacted telkom via the call centre, been to the store 3 times and still I have not been helped. I already have 3 contracts with telkom and would like to take this as well.

Can a rep from telkom call me and help.
