Black Friday Data Promotion

I signed up for the 20GB black Friday promotion even though there were very little details about the nature of the promotion online. Telkom contacted me within a week or so. I asked for the details of the promotion and a little time to discuss and share the information with my husband before purchasing. The sales person provided me with the details, but I've never heard from them again. Phoning the contact centre gets me transferred from department to department and the in store staff has no information on the promotion.
