Black Friday & Cyber Monday + December 80GB deal

Hi this is now the second time I have tried to apply for your specials. The first was for the black friday / cyber Monday deal, i received one call and was unable to answer and tried to call the number back numerous times but of course nobody answers, i received an email to say that the application was declined without any reason. The second time i app**** for your dec 80GB special, i received an sms to say that an agent would call me which they did but again i was unable to phone, and i tried to call back up until today they number has not been answered. This time i have not received any email corrospondence from Telkom. Also i have only received one call on either occasions at least phone back, somethimes people cannot answer the call. Now what is happening with my order/orders???? If you do not want the clientel then do not advertise or if you do then please get your department jacked up.
