Black Friday 2017 - Telkom Mobile Still no communication or Phone

App**** the first day of their black friday sale 24 Nov 2017 for Samsung J7 Pro contract for R199 . Got call 2 or 3 weeks later saying they dont have stock of the phone as they oversold the deal and i should take the Hauwei phone which i refused. Got told i would be called next week to resolve. I am still waiting. Have no idea if i am getting the contract or not ? really poor service
