Bizarre outcome while trying to do my SIM swap. Telkom should not even be a network service provider.

I'm taking ****** Telkom to hellopeter, bought a prepaid Telkom SIM in February ***), I lost that, now I want to do a SIM swap, and then I get to the branch at the Watergate Centre, no this is registered under Akhona Manono (my little sister), and I am like how does my number have anything to do with her, that person was even in Pretoria when I bought this SIM. My only reason for wanting to get that number back is that whenever I need to log into my Apple Music, ****** Apple sends a verification code to that cell number, otherwise I would log in and chop the hell out of that light blue SIM card.
