Bitter Sweet

Telkom has the most ludacris policy that if you pay your account with them via EFT you must pay 10 working days before your set deduction date. So in my case I paid on the day of my set deduction date because its my pay day date but was still charged mad charges because the "money didnt reflect on time" I finally changed banks but the second Acc still debited at the old bank and I was again charged. I called and for ounce I got great timely and excellent service from Nonteboko and Sithembile.

The two ladies where excellent and made sure my query is handled as fast as possible

Shame on you Telkom for finding creative ways to take away money from your clients.
