Bitter Settlement letter request.

All I need from Telkom mobile is a settlement letter, it's been 2 weeks struggling and even got through to one of their billing departments where the team leader deliberately gave me an incorrect head office number. Telkom I need a settlement letter for my employer to settle my account with you, a settlement letter is not provided after an account is paid, that would be a paid up letter. I am very disappointed with every one I have came across in trying to resolve my query. It's the 3rd week still nothing, they even give you a hard in trying to pay them, ijo
