BIS issue

BIS on my Blackberry 9320 was deactivated Tuesday morning at 3 o clock, I logged a case (***2) the very same day till today I was not helped. Every time I call them they say they are working on the matter, I don't even get any progress report, R60 rand is a lot of money for a student, its really frustrating becouse I cannot do research for school!
