If I had an option for nothing thats exactly what I would rate this pathetic company. For 3 days now trying to get hold of your support line , to this hour nothing , I have tried calling , using WhatsApp, chatbox your mobile app nothing Im beyond frustrated, I did an early upgrade 3 months before my update and the telkom consultant said to ill carry it for the next 3 months but still this months my debited that amount. Im so ready to cancel all my service contract with telkom the service gets worse with each and every encounter Better get someone to contact me and explain what nonsense is it that you billing me for
