Billing with Telkom

Another month has past and still no contact from Telkom. Again I have been billed for WIFI I DO NOT HAVE!!!!! ARE YOU PEOPLE THIC****!! I want to cancel my ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!!!! No more excuses Telkom! I have had enough now! You are *****ing for me!!
