Billing System is Pathetic and Bad Service

Their billing system is a rip-off and when all outstanding amounts are debited, they will block your account.

I am dissatisfied with Telkom Mobile. The service is pathetic. The charges for a debit order that bounced back is ridiculous especial now with Lockdown.

I am very disappointed and wished that I never joint Telkom.

THE SERVICES IS STILL BLOCKED - WHY? I DONT KNOW AND I AM UP TO DATE WITH MY ACCOUNT
