I regret ever taking a contract with Telkom. they go and they make debit orders as they please, this is useless. it happened before and I'm still using the same network, ,I'm just gonna stop paying, they can hand me over to their collections so they can cancel my contract, the consultant at Hatfield branch was in a hurry to make her sales she made so many mistakes on my application. they refused to cancel my debit orders hence i am comfortable paying via eft/cash. I'm changing my banking details , thy will not mess up my bank account. what's worse is that the call center will put you on hold forever and not have all the answers for you. yoh I'm tired . Mtn gave me a great offer, let me just take it and forget about Telkom.
