<p>Morning,</p> <p>Please can you respond to an email just sent to you.</p> <p>I have been requesting statements for ******** purposes as well as to check outstanding balances.</p> <p>There has been no response as seen through the multiple requests made via email to your billing department.</p> <p>There is reason to believe there was theft on both my account as well as my parents account.</p>
