******** Billing & Refund request.

Reporting of ******** billing, reported to Telkom, where was advised by Telkom Consultant at Kollonaide Mall in Pretoria to obtain sworn affidavit from Police Station to proof that I don't have a third line for WIFI only two lines utilized. I returned to the same store will all documents requested, and they were uploaded to their reporting system. No correspondence or communication from the ***** department till to date. I am receiving calls from Telkom as shown by caller ID on my cell phone, and calls dropped without communication.
