Billing query. Worst customer service ever!!!

No customer service. Unprofessional staff that do not know anything that is going on in the company they work for. For the past 6 months I had a query to sort out. Have been all over the western cape to sort an issue out that they keep billing my for. Not one person could assist me with an solution. The only answer that I got was, "I don't know". On top of it I get billed for R1500 per month. As a last resort I was directed here as I heard there is a specific team dedicated to the issues that arise via this forum. All I need is assistance to get this resolved as the bill is insane.
