Billing Query unresolved

Hello Peter<br> <br> Still awaiting for feedback from telkom its been 2weeks maybe longer and still have no customer service what so ever from telkom. Hopefully there some where in telkom some who cares about customer that will get this complaint and help me. Because i am tired of waiting. I had to go borrow money from family because of telkom that has over charge me and did not budget for the high debt. I they don't come back to person in 54hours. Over promises company and company that ***** money from there customer and they just don't care.
