BILLING QUERY - overcharged 610.32 - O/D Transfer charge

BILLING QUERY - Overcharged an amount of 610.32 - O/D Transfer charge per ext. To whom it may concern I have logged a query with you guys over 14 days now and no one as contacted me REF: ********** 0 - I moved to a new house and i was charged for an additional line which i never requested, i need this fixed on my statement asap to avoid me going into arreas. However it seems like no one is bothered to help, i call your call centre and hold on for more than 30 mins at time. No sense of urgency and No customer service, pathetic service from Telkom.
