Billing query

I have a complaint I have a WiFi with telkom so the money was not deducted on the 25 April 2024 and I called in and the lady gave me a reference number and I paid the money, again on the 1st telkom deducted so you guys owe me R239..

And yesterday I recieve an invoice for May and it say on the 31 May yo mu will deduct R634, why I signed a contract of R239

I want the money that you guy's owe me and end of the month I won't pay R634 our agreement was R239 I'm so angry because that means for April I paid twice... I may you will deduct R634 why but our actual agreement was R239 I have been a loyal customer for years adnd it looks like I will have to leave telkom because I will never pay R634 but my contract it say 239
