Billing not what I signed up for with Telkom
When I agreed to an umlimited Home account ( ********** 27280), I specifically asked for assurance that there will not be any surprise billing other than the R599 i would be paying monthly. Now my internet has been suspended this month due to R2000+ that is outstanding and I have paid that R599 Every Month, with this month outstanding. I am reluctant to pay this month's premium, as I already don't have internet and it seems my money will be falling into a black hole for amounts i cannot comprehend...

22 Jan 2018, 09:17Telkom has now handed me over to some VVM Debt collectors, without even contacting me about my complaints, and even though I do not have any money due to them apart from this month when they did not provide me with internet.
