Billing me without permission

Telkom have been charging me for a subscription service from Vydozine and Yellowdot Games!!! I have not subscribed to any funny stuff like this. They are billing me R3 per day for each subscription. It really ****es me off that this can happen and that Telkom can allow this. I have not given them permission to take any monies other than my contract fees.
