billing me for nothing

<p>So we live in a very expensive country and we sometimes dont make payments that I understand but if I am being called by lawyers to make payment and come to a agreement I just want to know why keep on billing me even if the line is already suspended for more than n month. Even if I phone my own landline someone else is picking up so let me get this right did you give my landline to someone else and now I must pay for them if so send all the invoices you want and lawyer phone calls you wont get a cent out of me. Quick to run to your lawyers but cant even pick up the damn phone and phone me to ask whats going on. Please can someone call me and explain this because the amount is getting out of hand</p>
