BILLING ME FOR LINES NEVER INSTALLED

NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I USE TELKOM AGAIN!!

So I app**** for a line for the house we were building so we could enjoy uncapped internet there. Telkom came out to the premises and advised that the pathway will need to be uplifted in order for them to connect the house.

We decided against it and I informed Telkom telephoncally that we will not be proceding with the order.

I was still being billed for a telephone/ internet line that was never installed!

Now as Telkom felt like it, they have marked it on my ITC!!! I have been handed over to USELESS attorneys who are unable to provide me with any answers as they are waiting for TELKOM!!!

I REFUSE TO PAY THE ACCOUNT!!!! But i am getting no joy from anybody!!

I AM FED UP!!!
