billing me for i what i dont have

i had a cellphone contract with telkom which was cancelled beacouse they sold me a faulty phone after all the stress and trauma i went through with them they finaly cancelled it. now they are busy billing me for phone insurance something that was cancelled also in November and every now and then i have to be calling to cancelled this bill

telkom has bad service all the time and they always look for ways of overcharging or billing people for things that dont exist for this i would never recommend telkom to any one
