Billing issues

My contract with them ends this month, and they are trying to debit more than twice the monthly debit amount, even though I sent confirmation from the bank that my account is up to date. I even sent my bank statement showing this.

I have spoken to 4 people about this issue already, and yet it had not been resolved! I am so annoyed! Never taking a contract with them again! EVER!
