Billing Issues

<p>I have had two Telkom accounts in the past year, the first being an ADSL line, the second being a mobile contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>The ADSL line was cancelled well within 30 days, however Telkom decided to bill me anyway, and as a result I had to undergo a process where I had to escalate the matter and get the account credited. Telkom was pathetic with regards to their response timelines.</p> <p> </p> <p>The second account I have with Telkom is a mobile contract, Telkom didn't process the debit order for this account, and when I contacted them they didn't know what happened, and the agent I spoke to indicated that she also doesn't know how to rectify it, GREAT! However, I have started receiving threatening sms messages informing me that my line will be disconnected, however the service provider doesn't know how the payment can be made. Mxm pathetic.</p>
