Billing issues
<p>Cancelled my LTE with Telkom on 22 December and got billed for it untill 31 January. Called to ask for a refund and was told it takes 21 business days to cancel. I was never made aware of this when I cancelled. Also Telkom took my router so it is quite impossible for me to use that service for which I am paying. It is also complete useless that it takes 21 business days to cancel this thing.</p>
