Billing issues

Recently I had issues regarding my account. I still have not received feedback on my previous complaint regarding fees.

And now I got charged for 2 devices in the same month. Above it all I was supposed to be charged pro-rata. However, there was a pro-rata fee on my April invoice, with 2 device payments. On my March invoice I was charge for the device and full subscription.

This means over the 2 invoices I got charged R605 and R599 for March just for devices. There is also a promo min fee on my April statement that I have no idea what it is for. As the contract I agreed on was R699 (Subscription of R100 and device of R599). I would like this to be rectified and the extra charges to be reversed.
