Billing Issues
I went to a Telkom store to upgrade, got a Samsung S6 on Smartplan 100 for R399pm on the 31st January 2016.<br> Now I get an invoice with<br> 1 x SmartPlan 100 + Samsung Galaxy S6 G920F 32GB White R 702.19.<br> 1 x Add On Internet bundle R 360.26<br> I don't remember asking for Add on bundle, why would I add on bundle if I am getting unlimited data till March 2016? Why am I charged R702.19? Someone please sort out my account before I cancel all my contracts, I can't be calling in every month to sort out my billing issues.<br>
