BILLING ISSUE

On the 3rd of October I took 120gig only sim deal for R699 but the network was so bad in the evening. Two weeks later I called in for cancellation but on the 16/10/19 termination desk called me and convinced me not to cancel on case no:***4, the package was then downgraded to 5gig for R60 a month and I was promised there wont be any penalties on the downgrade. Migration was then opened on case:***5 and from the 1st of November I was given the 5gig but still been billed R699 instead of R60. I called in and I was given lousy excuses and end of November I was billed R1451,90 instead of prorate of October and R60 of November. THIS MONTH OF DECEMBER I RECEIVED 5GIG DATA AND AM BILLED R699 AGAIN.
