Billing issue
<p>i have never experienced such in my entire life, I received a statement stating that I have to pay R939 for my iPhone contract. When I called to find out a consultant told me that I should have known that when you upgrade your being changed twice on your first month of your upgrade. I inform them that I'd like to be informed first should they be any charges on my Account and I was told that's why there's statement. I would not upgraded the contract if I was inform about all this . </p>

you can not try to call me once in the morning and say you have been trying to call me, if there is nothing you can do about resolving this matter, then it's simple come and collect your belongings and let me move on with my life. I work for a telecommunications company and I am not gonna let you make me pay for something that I wasn't informed about. So you can come and collect your device and cancel my contract or you compensate and let me continue enjoying my contract in peace
