Billing Invoice

I love you guys but you always ensure you disappoint me , I complained about this last year and its happening again , I made payment on the Telkom website and the payment is not appearing now my bill is ridiculously high and since this is not the 1st time i know it will take 3 months to get it fixed like last , Why do you have a system that is not working in our favor or your favor .... I need my Billing fixed before month end as i will be tagging you guys on all social platforms
