billing horror

<p>Mobile talk consultant phone me 5 months ago to sell me a top up contract of samsung J1 of which i recieved a phone in April. i used the phone for less than a week to discover that it is not a top up contract.i phone them and they told be that they will have to cancel the contract because they do not sell top up contract. They can and fetch the phone and gave me RW ********** 958. to my suprise i recieved a debit order on April. i phoned mobile talk,they confirmed that the contract is cancelled from their side and it is Telkom that need to cancel from their side. when i phone telkom they say the need email confirmation from mobile talk to cancel the contract. i am caught between 2 companies that are doing business together but they are not able to communicate, i recieved email communication from Annelyn David of which i emailed it to ********** as a proof that the contract is cancelled but todate i still exprience debit orders from Telkom. can someone look into this ASAP. The contract is cancelled and the phone is collected why am i still getting billed</p>
