Billing Frustration
I was shocked to get my August 2018 invoice - as the amount due has almost DOUBLED!!! After careful inspection of the current invoice and previous months invoice - it has come to my attention - that under USAGE - Data/Internet Usage I have been charged R243.33 for apparent 24266mb usage? I pay my subscription fees and any other data needed I buy from another source. Previous month I was billed R1.37 for 19690mb usage. I need this explain or refunded as I do not use additional data on my Telkom account. This is ridiculous.
