Billing four Months later

Dear Sir / Madam <br> <br> I have App**** for Telkom Smart Essential Home Package in Mae 2015 and Yesterday i received on Email my Billing Costing me R3,227.77 and its addressed to this address 440 Ascot Road Eldorado Park Ext 7 and i do not reside there the Services is Installed at 11 Isaac Street Eldoradopark Ext 9 , i do not understand , because for may time i communicated with the online Guys via Facebook, and no resolution was done untill Yesterday and the Bill wants me to pay this by the 5th october its unfair because where do i Get this amount of Money
