Billing for non existent services

I have been constantly billed and my account debited for a service I do not have by Telkom, it has been months now . I have tried calling, I have sent emails to absolutely no avail! My account is debited on random dates for amounts I know nothing of and it is costing me money I do not have! The latest sms I have recieved reads

“ Dear Telkom Customer kindly note that payment for your mobile service account is overdue. Please ensure payment for month of July 2025 is made to avoid suspension of your Telkom service. Ignore SMS if paid. Alternatively contact Bham&Dahya Attorneys by email : *** ,Ref: TELAH/45920”

I don’t have an account with them and recently cancelled my insurance with them , the email mentioned? No reply! This *****ulent to say the least.
