Billing for LTE service that i do not have

I purchased an LTE device from one of Telkoms Partners (MobileTalk) in December 2014. The purchase of this was subject to the cancellation of my ADSL service. The Cancellation of my ADSL was not done by the provider as requested and agreed and i was being billed for mutilple months for both ADSL and LTE. I quried this and then follwed a process of cancellation of my ADSL on my own - this was concluded many months later (i was billed for both in this period). My LTE device then stopped working in February 2016 and i contacted both MobileTalk and Telkom, Telkom sent a Technician out in March 2016 and indicated that the device is not working - Mobiletalk then collected the LTE router and Sim card in March/April 2016 and i instructed them to cancel it due to poor service as it was within my rights as per the CPA. it was cancelled by Mobile Talk but again was not cancelled with Telkom and Telkom continued billing me (to date). I have been paying for a service i do not have or hasnt worked since February 2016 @ R299 per month (7x299 = R1791) and there is still no resolution to my problem. I either want the device back that works or to stop billing me for something that i do not have - is this too difficult? I have tried on numerous occasions to resolve this with both Telkom and MobileTalk but have not been succesful but ultimately Telkom must take responsibility for their partners aswell and resolve this. I recommend that Telkom not be used for these services as they do not take responsibility for their product and ultimately hold customers ransom.
