Billing for closed account!

<p>I took a package with Mobile talk. They had a product from Telokm but they falsly advertised. So the contract has been cancelled. I've never used the product. Telkom however is charging me non stop from the start! I never signed an agreement with them and now got a stop order from the bank. I've gone in to a telkom branch and logged a complaint online but no-one gets back to me. Very poor customer service.</p>

So after three months of logging complaints via all platforms even in store Telkom still goes on and bills me for a contract that I have never signed up for. I arranged with my bank to put in a stop order, and now they go on and blacklist me. This is really shocking service to a non-existing client.
