Billing

I've been struggling with an overbilled account since last year November, they suspended my number on a contract that I pay fully. I have logged cases with ICASA and NCC but they continue to abuse me... All I want now is their CEO's email address yet they refuse to give it to me am frustrated and I will never have a contract with them again
