billing **** erros

Telkom have debited me twice this month and even debited extra yesterday, i went to the branch and they gave me a number to call when i speak to them over the phone they tell me to go to the branch like what the hell is this. I phoned again now they say i will get my money back in 7 to 14 days and when request to speak to a manager they say a manager will call me in 24 to 48 hours **** this network i cant wait to finish this contact what the **** is this really and their have **** network.
