Billing Errors and Unauthorized Upgrades!

I would not recommend taking a contract with Telkom! just took out a contract in January with them, 2 months in they charge me for a cellphone upgrade I am not aware of nor eligible for! Even worse, the insurance I took with them is nowhere to be found! They suspended all my simcards because of their own incompetence, when I call in for help, No one knows anything!

There is some internal ***** that has been happening here! Operational incompetence and people being able to use our personal information to action upgrades. Pathetic!
