Billing error that Telkom refuses to resolve

My mother was told that she needs to upgrade her handset which she did. But not even three months later the same handset was giving her issues in which she took to the Clearwater branch for repairs. The phone is still in said branch but every month like clockwork she gets a bill for services she has not used. She has continuously queried this to no resolution . Unacceptable
